Complaints about the consignment:
claim can be set up for these reasons:
a) the goods arrive broken or damaged
b) the goods don't fit the description
c) the quality of the goods is not adequate
With regard to a) we ask the customer to contact immediately via telephone or e-mail the forwarding company FedEx respectively its local forwarder who delivered the goods locally and the seller on email@example.com two days after the consignment was accepted the latest. The seller and FedEx respectively the local forwarder will exchange information about the legitimacy of the claim and return money to the customer. The seller can send new goods to the customer after mutual agreement.
as to b) and c) we ask the customer to inform the seller in these cases about the kind of defect at firstname.lastname@example.org. In both cases the customer sends the goods back in original packing and the defect will be assessed. If the seller acknowledges the defect he will return money back to the customer, alternatively he will supply new goods after a mutual agreement with the customer.
